Shipping policy

At The Party Inventory, we strive to make your party shopping and planning as stress free as possible, so orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days (handling time).

Please select the appropriate shipping method so your order arrives on time! Keep in mind that the handling time for express post is the same (2-4 business days) and should be factored in on top of the estimates listed below.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping Fee: $11.00
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99.00
Using our Standard shipping option, delivery will typically take from 3-12 business days from time of dispatch, (not including handling times) depending on your location.

Flat Rate Express Shipping Fee: $14.50
Using our Express shipping option, shipments will typically take from 2-6 business days from time of dispatch, (not including handling times) depending on your location.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes are a rough guideline and it can vary for some areas. These estimates do not take into account any current delays.

Please double check the estimated delivery time for your area before placing a time sensitive order.

Delivery Delays 
Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to high volumes of parcels. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive on top of the usual delivery estimates and handling time. Deliveries may be delayed 1-5 business days for express or up to 2 weeks (in extreme cases) for standard delivery. We thank you for your patience on this.
